Hebrews 12:14, 1 Thessalonians 4:7, Emphasis 4:24
From these passages above, it was established that:
✓ God is Holy
✓ Holiness is the nature of God
✓ Without Holiness you can't see the Lord
✓ Without Holiness you can't benefit from God
✓ Without Holiness you can't walk with God

Psalms 29:2 says Holiness is beautiful
Psalms 96:9 says you shall worship Him in the beauty of Holiness.
It means your worship can only be accepted if you don't in Holiness.

In Genesis 17 vs 1, Abraham was told, "walk before me and be thou perfect". He was ninety years old when God told him.

Beloved, to walk with God you must be holy. Being unholy, filthy, you are disqualified. Holiness puts your name in the book of life. Holiness makes you closer to God. Holiness will make you see the glory of God. And without Holiness, demons will mess you up, principalities and powers of darkness war against you; witches and wizards feed from your destiny.

Jesus said in John 14:30, "for the prince of this world cometh and hath nothing in me". The devil has no claim in Jesus and has no power over Him.

1 Peter 1:15 says, God is Holy, you too must be holy in all manner.
✓ Unforgiving is unholy

✓ Wickedness is unholy
✓ Hatred for purity is sinful
✓ Hatred for the word of God is unholy
✓ Pride is unholy
✓ Backbiting is unholy
All these are sins that gives you a spot on your spiritual body.

In Zechariah 3:1, Joshua the high priest was cladded with filthy garment. Satan stood at his right hand to resist him. The Lord had to rebuke Satan. If you're not living a holy life, you may see all the General Overseers in the world, see all the Pastors but you can't see the Lord.

Matthew 5:8 says, "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God"

You can't see the Lord

If your heart is not pure, if you have an unclean talk, selfish mind, arrogant, those things that defile, God won't accept.
1 Corinthians 10:5, "They were overthrown in the wilderness because God was not pleased with them"

What are you doing that does not please your creator?

✓ If you are not holy, your fat offering won't please God.

✓ Your prayers won't be accepted. It won't even cross the ceiling

Holiness gives power to your life

Many go on 200 days fasting and praying to get power. Many live on the mountain to get power. Beloved, to get power, just be holy and power will come. God can't put power in an unholy body. You must first be dead to sin. If you're not holy, you can't be useful to God because holiness chases away darkness. 

Holiness is life

Holiness makes you a carrier of life. Holiness itself is power.
Ecclesiastes 9:6 says, let thy garment be always white, and let the head lack no ointment.

What Holiness means

1. Holiness is to allow the word of God rule

2. Holiness is absolutely submission

3. Holiness is to be separated from the world

4. Holiness is obedient without question

5. Holiness is to be Christlike in nature

6. Holiness is to be completely broken

7. Holiness is when the fear of God rules in your day to day activities

8. Holiness brings deliverance

9. Holiness brings breakthrough

10. Holiness open your Heaven

11. Holiness makes you humble

12. Holiness is to clean yourself from all filthiness of the flesh

13. Holiness makes your enemies to undo themselves

Read Jeremiah 2:3

If you attack a holy person, you are looking for the wrath of God.
If you are holy in the body, soul and spirit, demons will obey your commands.
1 Thessalonians 4:7 says for God hath not called us unto uncleanliness but unto Holiness.

Keys to Holy living

1. Avoid persons of people that will make it difficult for you to be holy

2. Fight sin with all your strength

3. Flee from all appearance of evil

4. You must cooperate with the transforming power of the Holy Spirit

5. Pray to be holy

David said, "take not your Holy Spirit from me". The most important prayer is the prayer of the heart.

Jeremiah 17:9 "The heart is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked, who can know it"

In the heart of many, envy, hatred, jealousy, promiscuity rules. Some are too wicked, merciless and greedy. If some are not Pastors, Ministers, Landlords they would have make Heaven.

Beloved, you must decide to live a Holy life from today. Accept Jesus as your Lord and personal Saviour.
