Are you the Last of your Kind?
Bible Texts: Gen. 1:26 and Psalms 82: 6-7
Ps.82.6 - I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.
Ps.82.7 - But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.
Gen.1.26 - And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
"No tree in this world will produce a different seed from the very one it has grown from." That means, for every tree to have grown, it must pass the same inbuilt characteristics unto its seeds - so as to replicate its very self for hundreds of years or more.
According to this verse above, God thought of posterity - the very same kind that will carry on His divine and supernatural power of creativity, dominion, love, and Glory. And, the only way to do that is to produce (create) man.
The beauty of every manufacturer is to produce enough patents that will carry on his/her characteristics by maintaining distinct generational traits. That is why every manufacturer has what is called a "signature".
God's signature is the divine being in us called "Spirit".
According to Ezekiel 3:24:
Then the spirit entered into me, and set me upon my feet, and spake with me, and said unto me, Go, shut thyself within thine house.
"Then the Spirit entered into me..."
The exact Kind of God that can enter into a man is the same breath that defines a living from the dead.
It entered and didn't stop there, but... "Set me on my feet."
As ministers and children of God being groomed, we are not going to be successful if the training and empowerment of God ended on us alone.
That's selfishness.
Matthew 4:19 says:
"And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men."
Jesus was Made by God
Jesus' purpose on earth is to Make others.
And, Making is the product of conception. But the product of every making is the ability to remake.
That's why there is a concept backed up by divine agenda called "procreation".
If you are the last of your kind, then, you are a failed product.
Hannah understood that, for her to be rewarded for many, she needs to drop the only one she has. She dropped Samuel for grooming by God through Eli. That was not a mistake.
The Bible says in John 3:16
"For God so Loved the World, that He gave His ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have an everlasting life."
The only way to regain the only seed you have in you is to PLANT it.
If God is investing lots into us, and our inconsiderate attitude will not make us invest, plant, or procreate ourselves into others, there will be no need for God to stay committed to building us.
BECAUSE A STRUCTURE IS ONLY CALLED A 'BUILDING' BECAUSE OF ITS ROOM(S). A BUILDING WITHOUT ROOM(S) IS NOTHING BUT A WALL.
The essence of spending time and labor to erect a building is because of the purpose to house others.
Our essence of being trained as ministers are to disciple others.
Imagine if Moses had not been trained and built by Pharoah, and by the Egyptian philosophers and magicians, he won't have learned how to write and keep divine secrets.
Imagine if David had not been trained and built up by his encounters with the Lion and the bear, he won't have known how to use the slingshot or confront Goliath.
Imagine if Abraham had not been groomed by God himself, being a father of nations would have been a disaster.
Imagine if Solomon had not been groomed by his mother, his kingdom would have died even before he ascends the throne.
Imagine if our dear Lord Jesus Christ had not been trained and brought up consciously by his earthly parents, God himself, and Satan, His Lordship would have been questionable.
"No one lives forever if there is no legacy that carries on your image.
God made us "after His likeness", not "before His likeness".
Isn't that interesting?
If the relevance of Who you are can not be reckoned with after you must have left, or are absent, then, the programming of your rising was breached or incomplete.
Acts 11:26 says:
"....And in Antoich were the disciples called Christians."
This testament was said after Jesus had left the disciples.
That means:
The beauty of your efforts is glorified in what you made, not how good you say you are.
Jesus NEVER bragged about how powerful He is, and neither did He go about speaking in tongues to show how divine He is.
Jesus had no debate over who He is. He had nothing to prove to anyone.
But, within Him, I can imagine Jesus having this thought: "Don't worry; my products will speak for me."
Only incomplete people have the mentality of proving one or two things to others. That tells of how empty the individual is.
Pastor Oyedepo Jr. Once said, "People with encounters don't brag, their encounters speak for them."
I will love us to note, that, "a light/fire is appreciated based on the amount of clarity and radiance it gives."
Jesus is still called The Light, because the clarity and radiance He gives have never grown dim. The more people that accept Him, the wider His ovation grows and His wonders known.
It is my prayer, that, none of us shall die out like a flame, in Jesus' name. We shall burn and burn more for God, and our generation shall serve Him through us.
